Gretchen Rubin quotes Trollope in her contribution “Harnessing the Power of Frequency” (in 99U’s Manage Your Day-To-Day). Here are a few reasons why frequency matters (according to Gretchen and yes, I concur wholeheartedly):

  • Frequency makes starting easier
  • Frequency keeps ideas fresh
  • Frequency sparks creativity
  • Frequency fosters productivity
  • Frequency is a realistic approach

This is weekly newsletter number 88…how’s that for frequency? So when you wonder if you’ll have anything to share week in, and week out with your network, stop wondering and start writing.

Now, if I could just apply the same commitment of frequency that I apply to writing this newsletter or Twitter, to say, exercising regularly…
