Gretchen Rubin quotes Trollope in her contribution “Harnessing the Power of Frequency” (in 99U’s Manage Your Day-To-Day). Here are a few reasons why frequency matters (according to Gretchen and yes, I concur wholeheartedly):
- Frequency makes starting easier
- Frequency keeps ideas fresh
- Frequency sparks creativity
- Frequency fosters productivity
- Frequency is a realistic approach
