The eve of a new year (and new decade) is a great time to reflect and celebrate career milestones, as it can be so easy to overlook smaller but significant wins when you’re laser focused on one big goal.

Every step is an accomplishment worth celebrating. Every big goal is made possible because of all the many smaller steps or goals that come before it.
That’s worth remembering when we feel lost in the fuzz of career uncertainty or a goal seems so far off in the distance.
