One of my networking discoveries when writing Build Your Dream Network? Introverts make the best networkers. Really. In a hyper-connected world, people who are more deliberate, focused, purposeful and considerate build better connections. Those attributes are more closely associated with a self and situation aware person (hmmm, introvert) than the brash, work-the-room-life-of-the-party type.
