Gretchen Rubin quotes Trollope in her contribution “Harnessing the Power of Frequency” (in 99U’s Manage Your Day-To-Day). Here are a few reasons why frequency matters (according to Gretchen and yes, I concur wholeheartedly):

  • Frequency makes starting easier
  • Frequency keeps ideas fresh
  • Frequency sparks creativity
  • Frequency fosters productivity
  • Frequency is a realistic approach
